Following the masterplanning exercise for Bakers quay
bplarchitecture were appointed to obtain planning permission for a new mixed use leisure venue within the Listed Downings Malthouse building. The scheme required sensitive repair and alteration of the listed buildings along with areas of new buildings to echo the
massing, scale and industrial materials of the original area. |
