The proposed development was based around a new extension to the marina basin to provide new berths and revenue to the existing marina. Alongside the new basin will be a new build ribbon of development providing workshops, chandleries, bars and restaurants, a communal hall. To further enhance the draw of the marina there will be 42 hilltop lodges providing views across the landscape.
