In conjunction with B:D landscape bplarchitecture have produced a proposed masterplan for the redevelopment of the 4.2 acre former industrial site to the south of Gloucester Docks. Including 3
substantial listed warehouse/malthouse buildings the proposed scheme includes the sensitive repair of the existing buildings along with new build blocks to improve the grain and urban context of the development.
